3.2. Related HVS target: Development of an improved environment
3.3. Description of measure HVS: The regional, communal identity and collaboration, greater cooperation between the town people events, history of the area showing the values ​​and programs.
National and local protection of natural values, conferences aimed at protecting built heritage for community purposes, on study tours in technical cooperation.
